How To Overcome Jealousy And Envy In Business

Right now I am sitting in the Studio D Studio waiting to get behind the camera.

We are filming 4 segments about Ambitious Adventures and our Ambitious Live classes that will be aired in more than 100 markets across the country over the next 4 weeks.

As I sit here in this studio, located in Doral, a city outside of Miami, FL, I am starting to judge.

I’m starting to look at their studio and let it get in my head that our studio isn’t good enough.

I’m thinking about things that are stopping us from having success.

I’m playing the blame game. The jealousy game. The envy game.

I bet you do this often as well.

In your business do you often think:

  • My email list isn’t as big as so and so’s
  • My videos don’t look as good as his or hers
  • My sales page isn’t converting like Joe Somebody said his was
  • My Facebook or Instagram photo didn’t get as many likes as someone else

And on and on.

All this does is sabotage us.

It stops us from doing things that are necessary to impact people with our message.

Whether you are sharing your message with 1 person or one million you need to focus on who you can help.

And who you are helping.

If you film a video and just one person is impacted by it, you are winning.

If you write an email and just one person gets the help they needed, you are winning.

Today, instead of focusing on the things you don’t have, focus on the things you do have.

Focus on the impact you CAN make. Not the impact you COULD make.

Heck, I’m filming 4 segments today that will be aired nationally. I can impact a lot of people.

Why am I dwelling on the fact that my studio isn’t as good as theirs?

My studio in Orlando reached thousands of people every week.

I’m going to focus on that. And deliver the best performance I can to make the biggest impact.

If you do that, you will grow your ambitious business and you will have a more ambitious life.

Peace out,
